Amelia’s Daffodils is a print taken from my original artwork, created for my daughter, in 2024.

The original painting is a real mixed media piece, I used texture paste, acrylic paints, inks and spray paints. The abstract background has been created using various shades of blue and purple, with stencil work in contrasting pinks and white, some of the stencil work has been done using a texture paste to give more depth in some areas. The main focal point is the Daffodils, that have been painted in a more realistic style,making them really pop against the background.

The print has picked up every detail of the original painting beautifully.
